Picking the right timeframe

A 1-minute chart and a daily chart of the same asset can look like totally different stories. Day-traders live on minutes; swing-traders use hourly and daily; investors use weekly. Bigger timeframes are slower but more reliable. Smaller timeframes are noisier but offer more opportunities (and more chances to lose).
